I highly recommend Arrow E-Bikes! The step thru premium bikes are beautiful and versatile, allowing you to ride them as regular bikes or use the e-assist feature. We used them to travel around and explore local parks, especially enjoying Jarvis Creek Park. Riding along the beach (packed dry sand only) was also an amazing experience, along with hitting up our fav spots for live entertainment and refreshments. Additionally, the battery life was impressive and we especially appreciated the option for delivery. We’ll definitely rent from Arrow E-Bikes again! If you’re looking to bike around the island, in our opinion, they’re the best! :-)

The best service and the BEST beach cruisers on the island! When we arrived at our beachouse to begin our week long vacation, the bikes were already there waiting for us! All 12 of them! Equipped with the baskets and locks we needed. Never had any issues riding the beach or the many bikes paths in Seapines and to Coligny outside the gate, which we did daily. A must for anyone traveling to HHI. When we had to say goodbye, Arrow E-bikes came to pick up without issue. It could not have been easier. Thank you, Arrow E-Bikes!!

What a wonderful experience! 1st time for our family riding ebikes... and it took 10 seconds to learn! The 1st time the pedal assist kicks in... you just grin & love it! Riding down the beach for miles was so very cool! So many nice, safe, wide trails around the island to use. Arrow E-bikes staff was very helpful. Definitely an experience all should try. Will come back & rent from them again!

Excellent experience, bikes were ready for our large group and were so fun to ride around the island. Comfy seats. Jason helped us re-route our day and even joined us for lunch, cannot recommend enough!! Will be back for sure!

From the moment we called, Jason was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. He made the whole process so easy — delivery and pickup were right on time, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the week. The bikes were in excellent condition, super comfortable, and made exploring Hilton Head a breeze. Jason took the time to give us great local tips and even adjusted the seats perfectly for our kids, which made all the difference. It’s rare these days to find service that feels this personal and thoughtful, but Jason truly cares about his customers and it shows. We’ll never rent bikes anywhere else on Hilton Head — Arrow Bike Rental has earned our loyalty 100%!
