Bracket pricing with two prices per row — store pickup vs delivered ($20 vs $25 for a day). The grid jumps 1 day → 3 days ($30) → 4–7 days ($44), then $100 for a month.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for 20+ years and this was one of the best bike companies we have ever rented from! The best customer service experience. We had issues with 2 bikes and they came out to replace them within a half hour. We also needed a bike wagon and they came out separately for that too. Great bikes and the most affordable prices on the island. 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience here - we showed up late in the day on a Sunday, and our only afternoon in Hilton Head - and the guys were super helpful and accommodating - helped us get on bikes to enjoy the rest of the day at the beach. Reliable, friendly service, couldn’t ask for better.

This world isn't perfect anymore, so don't expect or search for that or let that be your standard, but when they do arise, look at it as being an opportunity..... for what is your choice.
