The bikes are very comfortable.. seating and placement of handle bars. It was great having a basket too. The fact that they dropped off and picked up is fantastic! Worth every penny (totally affordable too for the week!)! It made adventuring out so much easier!

Best decision of the vacation. We biked all day. Definitely got our money's worth. The bikes were at the hotel when we got there and picked up the morning we left. Very convenient. We will use the company again next year.

We had a great experience renting from Hilton Head Bicycle Company. The bikes were in great condition and came with baskets. They were delivered right to our condo’s bike racks, clearly labeled with my name & locks provided with the code texted to me. So seamless! We’ve rented elsewhere for the past two years but I’m glad we made the switch and saved a good amount of money! Can’t wait to use them again for next year’s trip.

I want to give a shout out to Hilton Head Bicycle Company for outstanding customer service during a recent stay on the island. Due to a late change in our vacation accommodations, Hilton Head Bicycle Company was so gracious to assist us in relocating already dropped off bikes to our new address. They were able to make this happen within a couple hours of my call to them and were so sympathetic regarding our situation. We have rented bikes from them multiple times and will always go back to them in the future. I highly recommend them and wanted to share the outstanding service they have always provided, especially last week! THANK YOU Hilton Head Bicycle Company!

What riders love
Bikes worked great and were in good condition. No overall issues. Selected a bike for my youngest based on height recommendations; however, she is very petite and once on the bike, she was uncomfortable with the size. I called the office up and asked if we would exchange the bike for a smaller size and without hesitation they agreed and made the exchange within a few hours. Thankful for the kindness that showed towards my children. Easy rental/return process.
