The bikes are very comfortable.. seating and placement of handle bars. It was great having a basket too. The fact that they dropped off and picked up is fantastic! Worth every penny (totally affordable too for the week!)! It made adventuring out so much easier!

Hilton Head Bicycle Company was so easy! We ordered the bikes online and even used a holiday discount and they were in the driveway upon arrival! They sent a text for our lock codes and then we left them as they told us to for pick up! All so very easy and affordable! Will use this company again!!!

Best decision of the vacation. We biked all day. Definitely got our money's worth. The bikes were at the hotel when we got there and picked up the morning we left. Very convenient. We will use the company again next year.

Bikes worked great and were in good condition. No overall issues. Selected a bike for my youngest based on height recommendations; however, she is very petite and once on the bike, she was uncomfortable with the size. I called the office up and asked if we would exchange the bike for a smaller size and without hesitation they agreed and made the exchange within a few hours. Thankful for the kindness that showed towards my children. Easy rental/return process.

HANDS DOWN the BEST bike rental and repair shop on Hilton Head Island!!! I have been going there for years and they have saved me from having to purchase a new bike -- keeping my current one in great condition despite its age! When I do decide to purchase a replacement you can bet it will be from these great people! My only regret is that I cannot give them 10 stars. 😉
