We had the BEST experience with Island Cruiser Bike Rental on Hilton Head! The service was amazing from start to finish — prompt, easy, and incredibly accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for our group. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the bikes were in great condition. We will absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

0 stars, bike chain fell off within 30-mins and almost caused my 14 son to get run over in the middle of the road. Bikes were trash. Save your money. Rented through Xplorie. Would not refund for rental.

So happy with the service we received from Island Cruisers Bike Rental on Hilton Head Island. We ran into several issues during our stay. There was one less bike than expected, then we had a tagalong (child's bike and connector to adult bike) stolen and a flat tire within the 1st 2 days of our stay. Island Cruisers were fair and quick to respond to our needs. We had all our issues taken care of in less than a half hour each time. We appreciated how fast they were and understanding of our needs. Very good experience working with them. When we come back again, we will definitely get our bikes from them!!

3 out of the 4 bikes broke. The chains fell off several times and we couldn't get them to stay on and the cart we rented that was kinda rigged to begin with broke. Luckily there were other bikes at property. We were good until the cart broke. When I called they said not much we can do at 3:00 on Friday, safe travels. I guess we won't be going back to the beach on our last day. I would rent from a different place if you can. The bikes were old and I noticed bikes from other places looked like they were in better condition.

We had the pleasure of renting bikes from you during our stay on Hilton Head Island. Not only did you deliver some to us within an hour for our riding pleasure, but when one of them turned out to be a noisy one, you traded it out quickly. Thank your helping to make our visit more enjoyable.
